1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jlbdt ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at jlbdt.vu, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming products offered now or in the future. These Terms apply to all users regardless of device, operating system, or geographic location within Bangladesh.

By accessing jlbdt in any way — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use jlbdt. We recommend that all users read these Terms carefully before engaging with any service on the platform.

3. Eligibility

To open and use a jlbdt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jlbdt strictly enforces this requirement and will conduct age verification checks during KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage persons will be permanently closed without refund.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) and must register using your own accurate personal information.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jlbdt or any of its software or service providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or have been involuntarily excluded from jlbdt or any other gaming platform for breach of terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

jlbdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each player may register only one account on jlbdt. When registering, you must provide complete and truthful information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. jlbdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify jlbdt support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• jlbdt may at any time require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. KYC is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

jlbdt complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns, deposits not matching stated income, or any behaviour consistent with money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the relevant account(s) will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jlbdt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to the player's account wallet upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the player's name during KYC. jlbdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and any applicable bonus rollover requirements being met.
• jlbdt reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, frequent, or inconsistent with the player's depositing history.
• jlbdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or circumstances outside the platform's direct control.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged and may be reviewed for compliance purposes. Players should retain their own records of transactions for personal reference.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jlbdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotional period unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• jlbdt reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds acquired through misuse, abuse, or exploitation of any offer will be void. jlbdt's decision on matters of bonus abuse is final and binding.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to the specific promotion terms published with each event campaign.

7. Responsible Gaming

jlbdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their account dashboard. These limits take effect within 24 hours of being set and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
• Players who feel they need a break may request a time-out period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a longer self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• jlbdt's support team is available 24/7 to assist any player who believes their gambling behaviour may be causing harm. Players are encouraged to reach out before the situation escalates.
• jlbdt uses technology to monitor player behaviour for signs of problem gambling, including unusually rapid session escalation, chasing losses, or sudden large deposit increases following significant losses.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlbdt and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information in real-time during live games, or otherwise manipulate the integrity of any game or bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting any software error, miscalculation, or technical fault to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using jlbdt for the purposes of money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other activity that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh.

jlbdt's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final. Players who dispute such determinations may contact support to request a formal review, but gameplay and withdrawals will remain suspended during the review period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlbdt and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jlbdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jlbdt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

jlbdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jlbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlbdt will notify registered players via the contact details on file (e.g., email or in-platform notification) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using jlbdt immediately and may request withdrawal of any available balance subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal procedures in effect at that time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jlbdt's internal complaint procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact jlbdt support in the first instance and allow a minimum of 14 days for the complaint to be reviewed internally before escalating further. jlbdt is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
